Overview: Do you want to get better at drawing faces? Do you want to capture unique features of people? Spend a week learning to create realistic and stylized portraits. Explore and learn skills for placement, shape, and size of tricky facial features like eyes, noses, lips, and ears. Observe from life and photos to identify shadows, highlights, and practice shading techniques. Choose from a variety of subjects: historical, famous, fictional, or people you know. Throughout the week, you will paint a large, one-of-a-kind, five-tone, self-portrait ready to hang on your wall.

Cancellation Policy: Camp fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future session if a written request is received at least 14 days before the start date. Cancellations made within 14 days are subject to a 25% fee, and those within 48 hours are non-refundable/non-transferable. Multiple transfers may incur additional fees.
