Overview: In this exciting, hands-on digital photography course, you’ll be traveling to various urban areas, parks, and local farm locations to practice using the features on our cameras to take artistic photographs. You’ll also spend time learning to transfer, organize, and edit photographs to create beautiful pictures, digital collages, and other fun projects using iPads and photo editing apps. Budding photographers will hang their art works for a final gallery reception and group show.

Note: Students will need to bring their own digital cameras to class, specifically a digital SLR or any model that can be set to manual mode (M). Students must also bring all connection cords and chargers for this camera. We’d also encourage all who are able, to bring their own iPad from home, however we will have some available for students to use at the studio.

Cancellation Policy: Camp fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future session if a written request is received at least 14 days before the start date. Cancellations made within 14 days are subject to a 25% fee, and those within 48 hours are non-refundable/non-transferable. Multiple transfers may incur additional fees.
